The newest IT-solution for staff training done turnkey

Journalist of “IT-M” magazine” interviewed a speaker of PNN Soft - Alexandra Golubeva.


Alexandra, tell us please, is there a real importance in staff training and who is supposed to be responsible for it?
Well, we’ve made a research while preparing for IT-Expo 2011 conference. It shows that people, brought up in post-Soviet Union culture think that their employers are supposed to give them all necessary knowledge and skills they might need to carry out their work. A system of kindergartens, a system of school education, as well as universities, do not give people a freedom to choose what skills they would rather be taught. It is a habit for post-Soviet Union people not to decide for themselves. The education system forms the reality for it’s wards, people transfer, such relation on their job as well.
Therefore, responsibility for development of high-skilled professionals wholly and fully is “de facto” on employers. There is a need to give specialization to people with a high education. Elsewise, companies will fight for qualified professionals, severely overpaying them.
The fluctuation of personnel is rather high nowadays. Taking into consideration this fact, what measures will give us the successful staff training?
It-technologies come to assist. For example, the ProTOS – is an IT-solution that can help in this case. It is a way to automatize the staff training and testing.
